The Heliushaven is an accessible and quiet outer harbour with the following facilities:

• Clubhouse with catering
• Playground
• Parking facilities
• Waste containers for chemical and household waste
• Mast crane with hand winch
• Lever with electric winch (SWL 1,500 kg)
• Dinghy parking
• Boat ramp
• Barbecue site
• Bicycles (on loan)
• Water and electricity on the jetties

The large entrance gate to the Heliushaven is closed to cars at night. There is a walkway for pedestrians and bicycles that is always open.
